Our logistics team works fast to ship your order as early as possible, which is why your order cannot be changed or cancelled anymore, even if it was not shipped yet.

If you picked the wrong size or changed your mind, we invite you to decline the parcel or return it. We will proceed to the refund as soon as our logistics team receives your items (you will see it appear under 2 to 3 working days on the payment method used for that order, e.g. your banking app).

If you incidentally gave wrong information about your delivery address, we invite you contact the carrier after your parcel was shipped. You can find your parcel tracking number by logging into Account > My orders > Track my order.

If the carrier cannot change the delivery address, your parcel will be returned to us and your refund wiill be initiated as soon as we get it. Return fees will be deducted from your refund. To know the different amounts, please click here.


Please note the refunded amount can take upp to 2-3 working days to appear on your account.
