Would you like to make a free return?
You can simply go to one of our Rouje boutiques in France (excluding discounted items), with your return form:
• Paris 2nd: 11 bis rue Bachaumont
• Paris 16th: 83 avenue Victor Hugo
• Bordeaux: 5 rue Jean Jacques Rousseau
Please note that returns cannot be sent directly to these boutiques — you will need to bring the item in person.
