You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return your Rouje items to the store.
We'll offer you an exchange or store credit. Don't forget to bring your receipt!

This credit note will be valid in-store only.
Items must be intact, with no signs of use, and with their labels still attached.

Items purchased in department stores (Galeries Lafayette and Bon Marché) must be returned to these stores.

💡 To return an item purchased in a store, you must go directly to the store—stores do not accept returns by mail!

💡Items purchased in our French stores cannot be returned to our New York store.
