Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges.
If you wish to keep the item and have it repaired at our expense, please contact us here 🔍 with your order number and a picture of the defect, and we'll do our best to help 😊
If you wish to return it for a refund, please request your return here 🔍 and select the following reason: "The item arrived damaged or stained." Please attach a picture and add a description of the problem. We'll subsequently review your request and get back to you within 24 hours (on business days).
