Once your order is confirmed, our logistics center needs an average of 48 hours (Monday to Friday) to prepare and dispatch your order. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email confirming the shipment.
Please note that the delivery time does not include the time required to prepare your order. It won't be long, we promise 😊
During new collection launches, promotional offers, or holiday periods, order processing times may be extended up to 6 business days instead of the usual 2 business days.

- Chronopost pickup point in 1 to 2 business days
- Chronopost home delivery in 1 to 2 business days
- UPS home delivery within 24 hours
Belgium *
- Chronopost pickup point in 3 to 4 business days
- Chronopost home delivery in 3 to 4 business days
- UPS home delivery in 1 to 2 business days
Rest of European Union (excluding islands) *
- Chronopost pickup point in 3 to 5 business days
- Chronopost home delivery in 3 to 5 business days
- UPS home delivery in 1 to 4 business days
Outside the European Union/International *
- UPS home delivery in 2 to 4 business days
- UPS pickup point delivery within 2 to 5 business days.

Shipping fees vary according to your address, the weight of your package, and the selected carrier. You will be offered several choices during checkout, so please go to the delivery step to see the prices :)
Shipping is free in the following cases :
- In France, for orders of €250 or more with Chronopost access point and home delivery
- In Europe, for orders of €250 or more with Chronopost access point and home delivery
- In the UK, for orders of £250 or more with UPS
- In the USA, for orders of $300 or more with UPS
- In Canada for orders of $300 or more with UPS
