How do pre-orders work ?Updated 2 months ago
Pre-orders let you order Rouje items that have not yet arrived (but are expected to arrive shortly) in our logistics center.
- When will I receive my order ?
Your order will be sent as a single shipment, once all the pre-ordered items have been received 😊
If your order contains items that are already in stock, you'll have to wait until the pre-ordered items arrive before we ship your order.
The estimated shipping date for pre-ordered items is specified on the product pages, as well as in your order confirmation email. Depending on the selected delivery method, you can then estimate the delivery date of your order.

If you no longer wish to wait to receive your pre-ordered items, please contact our Customer Service Team here.
- The shipping date of my pre-ordered item has been delayed, is it possible to ship part of my order?
The estimated shipping date may be delayed, we're sorry about that :/
We're unable to ship items separately within an order. Your order will be shipped in its entirety as soon as all items are in stock.
If you prefer not to wait, we invite you to contact our Customer Service Team here so we can cancel your entire order.
- What are the conditions for returning a pre-ordered item ?
You have 15 days from the date of receipt of your order to change your mind. For more information, click here.
- When will I be charged ?
When you order a pre-order item, you will be charged automatically once the order is finalized—not when it is shipped.
