How do I cancel, modify, or merge an order ?Updated 2 months ago
Our logistics team gets to work immediately to dispatch your order as quickly as possible. Once your order is confirmed, it can therefore neither be modified nor canceled, even if it has not yet been dispatched.
If you receive your order and wish to return it, you may request a return in the Manage my return section on the website.
Once we receive your return in our logistics center, we'll refund the amount to the payment method used to place the order within 8 working days, (refunds usually appear within 2 to 3 business days).
We are unable to merge multiple orders.
We can also not modify your delivery address if the wrong address was entered during your order. Your order may be left at a pickup point, or returned to us for a refund. For more information on returns, click here.
