Has my order been confirmed ?Updated 2 months ago

Once your order has been confirmed, we'll send you an order confirmation email to the email address you provided while placing your order. Don't forget to check your spam :)
If you have a Rouje account, you can view the status and details of your order in the "My Orders" section of your account.

Your order is confirmed if you see one of the following statuses:
- "Being processed:" our logistics team is preparing your order for shipment. It won't be long, we promise! Please note that the shipping time does not include the time required to prepare your order, and that on average, our teams ship orders within 48 hours from Monday to Friday, excluding French public holidays.

- "Order shipped:" your order has been entrusted to the selected carrier or delivery service provider. It won't be long now...we can't wait for you to get it!

Your order has not been confirmed if you see one of the following statuses:
"Under verification:" your payment has not yet been validated, which can take up to 2 hours :) 
- If you see "Payment canceled," this means your order has not been validated. Rest assured that you won't be charged, and go ahead and place another order. 
- Payments are canceled for lots of different reasons, including erroneous payment information, exceeded limits, and refusals by banks. Go ahead and try again (carefully checking your payment details), or use another method of payment to finalize your Rouje order. If the problem persists, feel free to contact your bank for more information.
