What are the rules for returning Les Filles en Rouje beauty products ?
You have 15 days starting the day you receive your order to change your mind and return your items. Les Filles en Rouje beauty products must be returned intact, unopened, unused and in their original packaging, otherwise we will not be able to accept
Do you deliver everywhere ?
Due to import restrictions, Les Filles en Rouje is not able to ship cosmetics to Mexico, Turkey, Macao, Hong Kong and China.
Are your cosmetics organic ?
Our makeup products are composed of 85% of natural ingredients in average and we do our best to increase this percentage. The remaining 15% of ingredients are necessary for the good preservation of the products, their texture, and sensoriality.
Where are your cosmetics made ?
All Les Filles en Rouje cosmetic products are designed in Europe (France, Italy and Germany).
Are your products cruelty-free ?
Per required by European regulations, we do not test our products and the ingredients we use on animals. All of our product formulas have been thoroughly tested, over time, with other methods such as consumer use tests.
Are your cosmetics for all skin types ?

Are your products compatible with pregnancy and breastfeeding ?
Although our formulas do not contain any ingredients or components considered unsafe for pregnant or nursing women, we recommend that you seek the advice of your physician and ask her/him to review the list of ingredients prior to use.
How can I take care of my beauty products ?
We recommend keeping your cosmetics in a cool place, away from heat and light. To clean them, a wipe or a cotton pad soaked in makeup remover lotion or micellar water will remove all traces of makeup.
