• The physical gift card & the e-gift card

- A physical gift card is mailed directly to your home.

You can give it to the person of your choice, and personalize the message.
- An e-gift card can be given to the person of your choice. All you have to do is enter your email address. Once you receive the code (within 2 hours), simply forward it to the recipient 😊

This card is valid for 1 year, on our website only. 
It can be used multiple times.
This card is non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

• How do I use my gift card?

- Gift cards purchased online can only be used on our website. They are valid for one year.

- Gift cards purchased in stores can only be used in our stores. They are valid for one year.

To use your gift card, simply add it like a promotional code during checkout: once you've added an item to your cart, click on the "Discount code or gift card" box, then select "APPLY."

• Return & refund of an order placed with a gift card

- I paid for my entire order with a gift card
If you paid for your entire order with a gift card, the amount that was used will be automatically credited back to your gift card once your return has been processed. 
Once you receive the notification that your return has been processed, you can use your gift card again!

- I paid for part of my order with a gift card
If you used a gift card and a second payment method to pay for your order, and you return part of your order, we will refund you via the second payment method.
However, if the amount to be refunded exceeds the amount that was paid with the second payment method, we will credit the remaining amount back to your gift card.
