How to get it
To get our welcome discount, simply subscribe to our newsletter at the bottom of our home page or in your Account 🔍 under "My profile."
You'll receive an email with a 10% discount code to enter while paying for your order.
Be sure to check your spam folder if you don't see the email. Until then, welcome to La Vie en Rouje! 

💡 Please note that this code cannot be used with on-sale items or items from collaborations.

Code not used for first order
Once your order is confirmed, it is no longer possible to refund any part of it or to apply a promotional code.

However, the code may be used when placing another order, provided it is still valid.

Validity
If your promo code isn't working, then perhaps:

- The code is no longer valid 
- The code has already been used

How will I be refunded?
- If you're returning your entire order, you'll receive a new code once your refund has been processed. All you have to do is wait until we receive your return 😊
- If you're only returning part of your order, unfortunately you will not be able to benefit from another code.
