At the moment, we do not offer exchanges, but we're working on it!
Please return your item for a refund and place a new order.

What if I used a welcome or birthday code?
- If you return your entire order and wish to make an exchange, we invite you to contact our Customer Service Team here so that you can benefit from the same advantages.

Otherwise, we will not be able to reissue the code.

- If you're only returning part of your order, unfortunately, you will not be able to benefit from another code.

What if I benefited from another promo code?
Please contact our Customer Service Team here and we'll see if we can give you the same discount.

Please note that for online orders, exchanges cannot be made in stores. If you return an item to a store, the store will simply refund the item back to the payment method used to place your order. You can then purchase something else (if you wish!).
